BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® level 1 is a simple but effective method for changing any automatic patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour you have developed that trigger problems in your life. It can be used to effectively resolve a huge variety of issues including:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • General Anxiety Disorder
  • Phobias and fears
  • Performance Anxiety
  • Exam nerves
  • Personal Confidence
  • Procrastination
  • Success Inhibition
  • Relationship Issues
  • Grief
  • And more...

Although every individual is unique, success can be achieved for many in as few as two or three sessions. More challenging or interlinked issues may require additional sessions.

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® Level 2 is distinguished from Level 1 work in that it can be used for more complex issues some examples of which include:

  • Addictions and habits
  • Alcoholism and binge drinking
  • Binge eating and eating disorders
  • Bullying
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • Self Esteem
  • Depression

As the work at Level 2 takes into consideration how you see yourself and your core identity, more sessions will be required, usually between four to six, which allows us to work through the programme and do any required follow ups.

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® Level 3 allows the advanced BWRT® Practitioner to work with the psychological aspects of many physiological conditions. In this way, many symptomatic responses may be managed more easily or even significantly reduced. This includes:

  • Auto-Immune Disorders (e.g. thyroid and adrenal functions)
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (I.B.S.)
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E.)
  • Immune System Tune-up
  • Pain Management
  • Fibromyalgia

Level 3 BWRT® work is designed to work alongside any conventional medical treatment you are receiving and is not intended as a replacement. Work at Level 1 or Level 2 may be required before progressing to Level 3 and thus a commitment to more sessions will be required.
